The Mozirje Radio Club covers the entire area of the Upper Savinja Valley. It was founded in 1968. We are the only organization in the field of technical culture in the valley. The radio club has its premises in Mozirje. The club holds courses in which over 250 operators have been trained. The members of the radio club are active on all shortwave bands, on 6m, 2m, 70cm, and occasionally on 1200 Mhz. We compete in various competitions as individuals, and in recent years also as a team in various international KV competitions, where with modest equipment we achieve excellent results.
